How much does Heselo cost? Published plans explained

Heselo’s standard plans are published openly. The starting price depends on the venue type and how that venue works. This guide briefly explains how the plans are structured.

What are the starting prices?

Starting monthly fees for the Small plan are: gaming club / PS — 15 USD, billiards — 18 USD, anti-café — 19 USD, karaoke and room lounge — 24 USD.

Prices, limits, and annual billing options for the Medium and Large plans are in the table on the pricing page.

Why does the price depend on venue type?

A PS station, a billiards table, and a karaoke room don’t share the same workflow. Resource count, booking model, and session handling differ, so plans are split by category.

How does annual billing work?

Annual plans include 2 months free — you pay for 10 months and use it for 12. Other plan details are on the pricing page.

When do you need a custom quote?

Standard plans are published for most venues. If you have several branches or needs beyond the standard limits, you can request a separate quote.
