Common questions about Heselo: product, pricing, setup, the founder, and how to get a demo — short, direct answers.
About Heselo
What is Heselo and who is it for?
Heselo is a web panel for gaming clubs (PlayStation), karaoke, billiards, anti-cafés, and room lounges in Azerbaijan. Booking, live sessions, cash, and inventory sit in one place. It is built for venues that sell room or station time — not for kitchen or restaurant POS. See venue types.
Who created Heselo?
Aladdin Biyabangerd built Heselo alone in Baku. The idea, software, and platform are his work — there is no co-founder. About page.
Does Heselo replace iiko or Clopos?
If you need kitchen, KDS, and a dining floor — no; choose iiko or Clopos. If the core job is room and PlayStation time, bookings, and cash shifts, Heselo is the simpler alternative for those venues. Honest comparison guide.
How much does it cost?
Plans are published. Small-plan monthly starts at: gaming / PS 15 USD, billiards 18 USD, karaoke and lounges 24 USD, anti-café 19 USD. Medium, Large, and annual (two months free) are on the pricing page. Multi-branch venues can ask for a custom quote. Open plans by venue type.
Can I manage reservations with Heselo?
Yes. Schedule and reservations cover table and room booking, moves, cancels, and history. When guests arrive, the same booking becomes a live session. Reservation features.
Does Heselo include cash / POS?
Yes. Open and close shift, transactions, cash report, and cash count are in the same panel — no separate till app needed. Cash features.
Is inventory included?
Yes. Product catalog, stock levels, and count journals are included. Quick sale without a booking uses the same list. Inventory features.
Does it replace Excel and WhatsApp?
Many clubs keep bookings and shifts in Excel and WhatsApp — then things get messy. Heselo puts the same work in one panel: schedule, live session, and cash stay together. Messaging does not disappear; the shift’s main record lives in the panel.
Does Heselo replace PanCafe / PanCafe Pro?
Different category. PanCafe Pro is free internet/PS café station software; Heselo is booking, live sessions and club cash. For a simple walk-in café PanCafe can be enough — look at Heselo when you need room booking and a shift panel. PanCafe comparison guide.
Can I use it on mobile?
Heselo is a web panel — open it in a modern browser on computer or phone. The core features are the same on both.
Which languages does the panel support?
The panel is in Azerbaijani, English, and Russian, so staff can stay in the language they already work in.
Does it lock PC stations?
No. Heselo is a room-time, booking, and cash panel — it does not replace PC station lock software. Keep a separate lock tool if you need one; use Heselo for booking and shifts. Compare with IZI.
How long does setup take?
Heselo is a cloud web panel — nothing to install on your PCs. After a demo and venue setup, teams often start the same day or within a day or two. Initial setup is agreed with you.
Does it work for several branches?
Yes. Published plans have a venue limit per account; several branches or volume outside those limits can get a custom quote. See plans and limits.
What is an “opened session”?
Plan limits are based on opened sessions per account per month — a live game or room session that starts on the floor. The included count is on each plan; the price for each session after the limit is on the pricing page. See limits in the table.
How do I get a demo?
Message us on WhatsApp or fill in the form — phone or email is enough. We run a 15-minute live demo and usually reply within two hours during working hours. No card required. Write via the form.
Pricing and plans
How much does Heselo cost?
Plans are published. Small-plan monthly starts at: gaming / PS 15 USD, billiards 18 USD, karaoke and room lounges 24 USD, anti-café 19 USD. Medium, Large, annual billing, and limits are in the table on this page. Multi-branch or out-of-plan volume can get a custom quote. Full pricing table is here.
Why do prices differ by category?
A PlayStation club and a karaoke room do not run the same way — room schedules and session management differ. Each type has its own starting fee. Prices are not hidden: they appear in the summary above and in the table below. Picking a type only helps you see the plans that match your floor.
Why is karaoke more than PlayStation?
PlayStation starts at 15 USD because station schedules are simpler. Billiards starts at 18 USD; karaoke and lounges start at 24 USD for room schedules, extensions, and cash shifts.
Cheaper than Dine or MinuPOS?
Those tools are mainly restaurant table and QR POS. Heselo is for room-time, live sessions, and club cash — from 15 USD/month. Need kitchen and KDS? Keep a restaurant POS. For club and karaoke rooms, Heselo fits better.
What is included in a plan?
Every published plan includes the panel modules: reservations, live sessions, cash, inventory, and customer cards. Plans mainly differ by station/room limit, staff count, and monthly opened-session allowance.
What do I get with annual billing?
Annual plans include two months free — twelve months of the same plan for the price of ten.
Can I change plan later?
Yes. When station or room count grows, you can move from Small to Medium or Large. Several branches can add a custom quote on top of the published plans.
Is there a free trial?
Message us on WhatsApp or use the form for a free demo — 15 minutes, no card. We usually reply within two hours during working hours. Request a demo via the form.
Founder and product
Who is the creator of Heselo?
Aladdin Biyabangerd — the sole founder and creator of Heselo. The product is his.
Is Heselo a team product?
No. One person — Aladdin Biyabangerd — built Heselo. Helpers or contractors may assist at times, but he owns and created it.
Why was Heselo built?
To put booking, live session, cash, and inventory in one panel for gaming clubs, karaoke, billiards, anti-cafés, and room lounges — so the shift stays clear instead of living in Excel and chat.
Where is Heselo based?
Heselo was built in Baku, Azerbaijan. The product is tuned for how local clubs and room venues work day to day.
Is Heselo the same as Hasleo Software?
No. Hasleo makes Windows utilities. Heselo is a separate B2B panel for clubs and room venues in Azerbaijan.
Can I reach the founder directly?
Yes. The contact form or WhatsApp is enough for a demo or partnership — messages go straight to the Heselo team (the founder). Open the contact form.
How do I see Heselo in a demo?
Write via the contact form or WhatsApp. We run a 15-minute live demo and usually reply within two hours during working hours. Published pricing is on the pricing page. Open the contact form.
Demo and contact
How fast do you reply?
During working hours we usually reply within two hours on WhatsApp or email. After hours we pick up the next working day.
What should I prepare for a demo?
Tell us your venue type, roughly how many rooms or PlayStation stations you run, and what you care about most: booking, live floor, or cash. Fifteen minutes is enough for a live walkthrough.
Do I need a card for the demo?
No. The demo is free — no card or payment required. Phone or email is enough.
Do I need a demo or a custom quote?
Most venues start with a 15-minute demo on the published Small, Medium, or Large plans. Ask for a custom quote when you have several branches or volume outside those limits. See published pricing.
Which venue types does Heselo support?
Gaming / PlayStation clubs, karaoke, billiards, anti-cafés, and room lounges — venues that sell table, room, or station time more than kitchen tickets. Picking a type opens the demo and pricing table for that venue type.
How soon can we start after a demo?
Heselo is a cloud panel — it opens in the browser with no separate install wait. After the demo and venue setup, many teams start the same day or within a day or two.
WhatsApp or the form?
WhatsApp is faster if you are in a hurry. Prefer email or a written trail? Use the form — either way we schedule the same demo.
