If a full kitchen, KDS, and waiter orders are the core of the day, keeping a restaurant POS makes sense. Heselo handles the room schedule, session length, extensions, and the cash shift. If most revenue comes from room time and the menu is simple, drinks and snacks go on the same Heselo session.

We take bookings on WhatsApp — what changes?

Guests can still message or call, but the booking no longer lives in a chat — it goes onto the room schedule. The whole team sees who has which room and from when to when. When guests arrive, that booking becomes a live session, and extensions and payment stay there too.
