Isn’t a timer enough?

If you only need to track time, a timer may be enough. If bookings, sales, and cash also need to be in the same process, you need a broader management system.

Can different tables have different prices?

Yes. Table types are set up separately, and each can have its own rate. Night and weekend rules can stay in the panel too.

How are staff permissions split?

Operator rights to open tables and add sales can be separated from owner shift and revenue reports. We show the matrix on the demo.

Do you support light relays?

No. Heselo is a tablet or computer panel; lamp automation is separate hardware.

Can a game be paused?

The session can be paused and resumed later. Extra sales stay on that session’s bill.

How does Heselo work for billiards?

In Heselo, tables and rooms are set up individually. Bookings, live games, and cash continue in one workflow. Separate rates can also be set for different table types.

Why do a whiteboard and a phone cause trouble?

A whiteboard can fall behind, and a booking taken by phone may not be visible to other staff straight away. When VIP rooms and regular tables are kept on separate lists, checking the current status gets even harder.

How are time and payment linked?

When a game starts, a session opens. Pauses, extensions, and extra products are tied to that session. The rate is calculated from the table type and time rules, and the final amount goes into the cash shift.

What to check when you pick billiards software

The market mixes table timers, cloud panels, Windows apps, and light-relay systems. Write down what is mandatory for your floor first — then match vendor claims to that list.

An honest note on light relays

Some systems switch table lamps on through a relay when play starts. That can reduce unofficial table time. Heselo does not offer that hardware integration today — you use the panel on a tablet or computer for timers, booking, and cash. If a relay is mandatory, look at hardware-focused products.

Can billiards, karaoke, and a lounge run together?

Yes. Mixed venues can keep different table and room types in the same management panel. That way you do not have to pull booking and sales data together from different systems.
