Do I need a demo or a custom quote?
Most venues start with a 2-day demo account, then pick a published Small, Medium, or Large plan. Ask for a custom quote when you have several branches or volume outside those limits. See published pricing.
Which venue types does Heselo support?
Gaming / PlayStation clubs, karaoke, billiards, anti-cafés, and room lounges — venues that sell table, room, or station time more than kitchen tickets. Picking a type opens the demo and pricing table for that venue type.
How soon can we start after a demo?
Heselo is a cloud panel — it opens in the browser with no separate install wait. After the demo and venue setup, many teams start the same day or within a day or two.
